The customer is first and foremost at Burhan. We offer many services for our customers’ convenience which as follows,

• We stock 95% of our items therefore we can ship most of your orders same day or the next day.
• Our freight terms are freight prepaid for an order value of $750.00 or more.
• Payment terms are net 30, 1% 10
• There is no charge or re-stocking charge if for any valid reason you have to return the material.
• We offer custom designs to fit your unique needs. If you do not find what you need, give us a call and we will do our best to find it.

One such convenience that we offer to our customers is same day or next day shipping for nearly all our items. Burhan keeps a sizable stock of nearly all items, ensuring the smallest lead time possible.  We offer free shipping on any orders $750.00 or more, and allowing you the best possible rebates our payment terms are 1%net30. Finally as always, there is no restocking fee for any items

We offer our customers custom designs to fit their unique needs. We can work with customers to help design products that will perform to whatever standard is desired.
